This machine can perform forming, curing, and cooling process of uncured air spring bladder.This machine is frame-type double-mold hydraulic curing press, with left and right individual mold. Each mold has a ring-shape pressurize oil cylinder install above the crossbar, and gives pressure downward to provide clamping force. The pllar has circular grooves set in different height which adapt to different mold high without adjustment. The whole structure is simple and reliable, with advantage of easy to operate and maintain, high precision, and long service time. This machine also has middle mold driving device for three parts mold mechanism.
