Automatic Splicing Fabric Cutter

Purpose: Used for cutting fiber curtain fabric of bias ply tires and semi steel radial tires.

1. The work adopts a programmable controller for automatic control, and the touch screen human-machine interface has functions such as process parameter setting, cutting speed adjustment, and fault diagnosis, making it easy to operate. 

2. Adopting an AC servo system to achieve automatic length determination and cutting of the curtain fabric. 

3. The cutting of curtain fabric adopts robot automatic overlapping. 

4. Adopt AC variable frequency speed regulation to meet the automatic winding of overlapped curtain fabrics.
