Automatic joint cord cutting machine

Purpose: Used for cutting the fiber cord of bias tire and semi-steel radial tire.

characteristic:

1. The work adopts programmable controller to realize automatic control. The touch screen human-machine interface has the functions of process parameter setting, cutting speed adjustment and fault diagnosis, which is easy to operate.

2. AC servo system is adopted to realize automatic length setting and cutting of cord fabric and automatic lap of cut cord fabric.

3. AC variable frequency speed regulation is adopted to meet the automatic coiling of lapped cord.

Main parameters:

1. Maximum width of cord fabric before cutting: 500mm.

2. Overlap of joint cord: 2-4mm.

3. Cutting accuracy: ± 1mm.

4. Cutting speed: Max.14/min.
